The “Best Architects 09” award received the highest number of entrants since the awards were founded. 189 outstanding projects were submitted to the award. This year’s jury found it particularly difficult to select the best of the best. A total of 49 projects received formal recognition, seven of them receiving the “best architects 09” award in gold for their exceptional high quality.
