A new Sutterlüty supermarket opens in Rankweil

On Thursday November 21st a new experience in shopping opens on Landammanngasse in Rankweil.

Large, open arches greet customers and reflect the market hall character of the fresh produce displays. This new open concept idea flows through the entire shop layout.

In the 1,300 square meters of retail space there is, among other things, a large fresh food counter with fresh fish and dry-age maturing cabinets, sushi from EatHappy and a new planning concept that moves the restaurant and the baked goods department into the entrance area.

The building is equipped with a modern refrigeration system with a CO2 cascade, with deep and normal cooling and air heat pump technology. By embracing new alternatives such as new cooling technology, LED lighting, photovoltaics and much more, the carbon-neutral Sutterlüty Company can again save a considerable amount of CO2 at this new location.
