Two new buildings are rising on Zollgasse for people moving to Vorarlberg for work: PIZ, together with i+R, is developing the Markthaus and Dorohaus, offering a total of 57 furnished apartments and ten fully equipped units for expats and young professionals.
“For the Markthaus, we wanted a façade design that opens up to its surroundings while conveying generosity and quality. Shared terraces and high-quality green spaces are intended to enhance the urban yet tranquil residential neighborhood,” emphasizes Thomas Fussenegger of HK Architekten.
