Groundbreaking Ceremony<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Monday, October 6, the groundbreaking ceremony took place for the new residential project. Developed in close collaboration between Morscher Bauprojekte and HK Architekten, a forward-looking residential ensemble is taking shape amidst the natural surroundings of Hittisau, consisting of two contemporary buildings. The car-free area between them creates space for social interaction and community, while a dedicated playground adds to the overall quality of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The project meets the highest passive house standards and places a strong focus on wood as the primary building material \u2014 ensuring a natural atmosphere and a healthy indoor climate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
