The structure\u2019s spectacular hillside location in Telfs affords stunning views of the mountains to the south and north. Adjoining two rows of north-south oriented apartment buildings by Hubert Riess, also built of timber.\u00a0 This structure extends from east to west, featuring access galleries and a north-facing staircase, similar to that in the \u201c\u00d6lzb\u00fcndt\u201d complex.<\/p>\n<p>The building contains twelve apartments, ranging from one bedroom apartments to the west, to three bedroom apartments facing east. Medium size apartments are located in the centre of the building, extending through it from the balconies on the south side to the galleries on the north.<\/p>\n<p>While the developer in Wolfurt opted for vertically laid larch facades, this structure adapts to the pattern of the Riess building and features horizontal cladding. The north side of the building is 1.5 storeys lower, with the basement made of exposed concrete that is designed for communal uses such as central heating, dryer room, a storage room for bicycles and pushchairs, basement storage units, and the garage.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die Wohnanlage ist Teil einer in den 1990er-Jahren begonnenen<br \/>\nst\u00e4dtebaulichen Expansion in spektakul\u00e4rer Lage<br \/>\nauf dem Stadth\u00fcgel von Telfs, mit bewegter Topografie und<br \/>\nAusblicken auf die Berge im S\u00fcden und Norden. Das Repertoire der<br \/>\nzw\u00f6lf Wohnungen reicht von 2-Zimmer-Wohnungen am<br \/>\nWestende bis zu 4-Zimmer-Wohnungen am Ostende, wobei<br \/>\ndie in Ausma\u00df und Lage mittleren Einheiten von den S\u00fcdbalkonen<br \/>\nbis zur Nordseite jeweils \u201edurchbinden\u201c.
