{"id":49639,"date":"2016-05-11T12:29:51","date_gmt":"2016-05-11T10:29:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hkarchitekten.at\/projekt\/glas-marte-zuschneidehalle-1\/"},"modified":"2025-07-28T17:56:44","modified_gmt":"2025-07-28T15:56:44","slug":"glas-marte-zuschneidehalle-1","status":"publish","type":"projekt","link":"https:\/\/www.hkarchitekten.at\/en\/project\/glas-marte-zuschneidehalle-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Glas Marte \u2013 Cutting Factory Hall, Bregenz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Optimal use of timber, steel and glass create a flexible and sophisticated form. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The factory building of this wholesale glass company was built in two phases.<\/p>\n<p>The first construction phase consisted of a pure glass facade, without opening elements, in front of a sealed warehouse building, which is clad with corrugated iron and is only accessible through two gates for deliveries. Behind it are the areas for the production of insulated glass.<\/p>\n<p>The roof structure consists of a timber framework combined with tensile steel, which optimally exploits the different properties of the building materials used. Glass plates are built into the roof trusses. The glass main facade is stiffened against wind forces with a sophisticated system.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the prefabricated facade system used, the back of the hall was dismantled and extended, which increased the hall to approximately three times the area in 1995, which includes the loading hall, additional storage and production areas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Das Betriebsgeb\u00e4ude dieser Glasgro\u00dfhandlung wurde in zwei Bauetappen errichtet.<br \/>\nDer erste Bauabschnitt bestand aus einer reinen Glasfassade ohne \u00d6ffnungselemente vor einem geschlossenen Lagerbauk\u00f6rper, der mit Wellblech verkleidet ist und nur durch zwei Tore zur Anlieferung erschlossen wird. Dahinter liegen die zur Isolierglasherstellung notwendigen Fl\u00e4chen.<br \/>\nDas Dachtragwerk besteht aus einem mit Stahlzugb\u00e4ndern kombinierten Holzfachwerk, das die unterschiedlichen Eigenschaften der verwendeten Baustoffe optimal nutzt. In das Fachwerk sind Glassheds eingebaut.
