As part of his visit to the Expo in Japan, the Federal President had the opportunity to visit the Austrian exhibition verywood. The curators Verena Konrad and Hermann Kaufmann guided the Federal President through the presentation, which offers an impressive insight into Austrian timber construction.
VERYWOOD
Opening in Osaka on May 20 and running through 30, the exhibition verywood showcases cutting-edge developments in contemporary timber construction. Curated by Verena Konrad and Hermann Kaufmann.
At the heart of the exhibition are three large-scale wooden installations reminiscent of oversized origami forms. Featuring 26 carefully chosen architectural works from Austria, the exhibition offers a comprehensive insight into contemporary timber construction.
