What drives us.
We consider the development of sustainable and ecological buildings, combined with innovative timber construction, to be our core expertise — one that continually excites and challenges us. Our architecture is deeply rooted in the cultural landscape. We are a part of it and never place ourselves above it, a principle to which we are committed. Our work arises from the interplay of history, everyday building culture, and traditional craftsmanship, where experience and innovation engage in a lively exchange. Both the execution of new projects and the work on existing buildings are equally familiar and important to us.
What we stand for.
We are a well-coordinated team of around 30 employees who develop and implement demanding construction tasks with great expertise and dedication. Mutual support and inspiring collaboration, as well as the exchange of knowledge, are central aspects of our office culture. Continuous education and training are encouraged, as we highly value our employees and believe that professional development benefits the entire team.
We value respectful and collegial interactions. Joint activities such as regular excursions, multi-day excursions, or the big summer barbecue are important traditions we maintain. A well-equipped kitchen with a sunny terrace is available to everyone, and we provide fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and sweets to liven the spirit and strengthen concentration on those long working days.
We are committed to a sustainable, future-proof way of life and support employees who use bicycles, e-mobility or public transport. We actively support the project ‘Spagat’ from the Institute for Social Services by providing a workplace for the professional integration of young people with a higher need for support.
We offer a permanent employment relationship, which is remunerated through the collective agreement depending on qualifications and performance. Due to the variety of construction tasks, our employees are involved in varied and innovative projects. All workplaces are state-of-the-art and are located in our generously designed studio house, which offers plenty of space and a pleasant atmosphere.

What you bring
Interest, commitment and motivation. Enjoy working in a team. Very good German skills. At least 4 semesters of architecture studies. Knowledge of Nemetschek Allplan 2025 and MS Office.
