Vogewosi facility in Lustenau, an ecological and accessible residential building.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This project is three residential buildings located in the residential area Hasenfeld am Grindelkanal, in Lustenau.<\/p>\n

The three-storey buildings, each with 16 disabled-friendly apartments, are constructed of solid ceilings and an exposed concrete access area, as well as a highly insulated building shell made of timber. Each apartment is assigned an outside area in the form of a private garden or a balcony.<\/p>\n

The 2nd and 3nd construction phase will be built according to the PHPP guidelines at a Passive House standard, the total energy consumption of the system is therefore below 15 kWh \/ m2<\/sup>a. For heating support and hot water preparation, a solar system with a 56 m2<\/sup> collector surface will be built. The residual heat requirement is covered by a condensing natural gas boiler.<\/p>\n

The heating of the apartment is provided by a low-temperature floor heating with a flow temperature of max. 35\u00b0C. The apartments are ventilated by a central ventilation system. The fresh air intake takes place via a ground collector, and is conducted in the ventilation unit via a heat recovery with an 80%+ recovery rate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

Das Projekt der Vogewosi in Lustenau \u2013 im Endausbau drei Wohnh\u00e4user umfassend \u2013 liegt im Wohngebiet Hasenfeld am Grindelkanal in Lustenau.
\nDie dreigeschossigen Geb\u00e4ude mit je 16 behindertengerechten Wohnungen sind aus massiven Decken und einem Erschlie\u00dfungsbereich aus Sichtbeton sowie einer hoch w\u00e4rmeged\u00e4mmten Geb\u00e4udeh\u00fclle aus Holzelementen konstruiert. Jeder Wohnung ist ein Freibereich in Form eines Privatgartens bzw. eines Balkons zugeordnet.<\/p>\n

Der 2. Bauabschnitt wird nach den PHPP-Richtlinien als Passivhaus errichtet, der Gesamtenergieverbrauch der Anlage liegt somit unter 15 kWh\/m2a. Zur Heizungsunterst\u00fctzung und Warmwasserbereitung wird eine Solaranlage mit 56 m2 Kollektorfl\u00e4che errichtet.
