The new company headquarters is located in the Interpark Focus area in R\u00f6this. The project consists of the office building, the assembly hall for carpentry, the building yard as well as a metal workshop and storage rooms. The possibility of an expansion of operations is possible to the west. The office building is a massive supporting frame made of concrete slabs on steel columns, with highly insulated facade elements in prefabricated timber construction with copper sheet cladding.<\/p>\n<p>The carpentry hall is a pure timber construction made of laminated timber beams that are stretched across the hall, and a purlin construction is used between the main girders. The facade cladding, made of timber triple-layer boards, was colour-coated at the request of the client. The buildings are heated with the central woodchip plant. Die M\u00f6glichkeit einer Betriebserweiterung ist Richtung Westen gegeben.<br \/>\nKonstruktion der Geb\u00e4ude:<br \/>\nDas B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude ist ein massives Tragskelett aus Betondecker auf Stahls\u00e4ulen mit hochw\u00e4rmeged\u00e4mmten Fassadenelementen in Holzfertigteilkonstruktion mit Kupferblech &#8211; Verkleidung. Die Abbundhalle ist eine reine Holzkonstruktion aus Holzleimbindern als Haupttr\u00e4ger quer zur Halle gespannt und einer Pfetterkonstruktion zwischen den Haupttr\u00e4gern. Die Fassadenverkleidung aus Holzdreischichtplatten wurde auf Wunsch des Bauherrn farbbeschichtet.<br \/>\nMit der zentralen Hackschnitzelanlage werden die Geb\u00e4ude beheizt.
