Open flexible design in the work place.
The new administrative centre of the original Jura building, which was completed three years ago, now forms the entrance to the 120,000 m² business park Interpark Focus.
Pivoting around a central open square, the new building is formally divided into three-storeys with connecting glass corridors, and a six-storey tower on the ground floor of which there is a restaurant. The three-layer reinforced concrete prefabricated elements, that characteristically appear on the facades, together with steel columns inside the building, support the reinforced concrete ceilings, allowing for an open layout of the floor plan and therefore flexibility. In addition to cooling, the building was equipped with a controlled ventilation system.
